Construction of high quality port at Jabel Al Dhana which serving vessels coming mainly from Delma & Sir Bani Yas islands and monitor/control construction through administrative direction and ensure project is built on schedule and within budget. Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning.
Also the works includes execution of impressive road works in liwa comprising embankment, backfilling, villas accesses & maintenance.

Lead PMC staff in controlling and responsible for the follow-up and implementation of all the project aspects for the following works:
Design and supervision of, Two story office building inside Sir Bani Yas Island, extension of Municipality Office building in Liwa city, Maintenance of Municipality Office building & Etisalat building in Madinat Zhaid, Extension & rehabilitation of the

Achievements: Supervision of two bridges crossing marine canal associated with infrastructure, road works & landscaping.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests: review and approve budgets, cost reports, PMC’s reports, fee payment, rental equipment, income, expenses, etc. Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis Worksheets, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown, General Conditions Estimate, Labour Cost Report, and Monthly Reports.

Supervision of mix of structures comprising reinforced concrete and steel structure buildings for administration and recreation buildings as well under ground reinforced concrete water tanks for potable water and others for Diesel fuel tanks in addition to Fire fighting tank above the ground.
Also supervision of Industrial buildings such as Sand blasting building, Generator building and substation buildings, refurbishment and extension of 20 meter height steel structure control tower, accompanied with all infrastructure works such as asphalt roads, helipad, up lift pumping stations, potable water network.
The scope also includes 500 meter sheet piles port used as services harbour at Ruwais Industrial Area including onshore piles for 100 ton bollard for mooring the tug boats and offshore piles for 200 ton mooring dolphin, retaining walls and storm water drainage.

Iraq.
I undertook design and construction supervision of a number of projects. Some of these projects are as follows:
Design and site supervision for numerous 12+G residential and commercial Buildings.

Also Six industrial warehouses: I designed all structural elements of 6 warehouses. These were one story 18m x 40m R.C. portal frame structures and covered with post-tensioning pre-cast double T beams. I undertook supervisory role during the construction of these industrial buildings.

University of Technology / Building and Construction Engineering Dept., Baghdad, Iraq.
Research Student undertaking a research program for the degree of Doctorate.
Analytical and design experience during the doctoral study includes development of short span Ferro cement dome to long span Ferro cement roof implies all the three dimensional geometrical analysis including iteration P-delta and bowing action as well as material analysis thru incorporation of Modulus of elasticity changes Which are significant for high rise buildings. In addition to full design courses and teaching the under graduate students.

I have undertaken the role of designs review thru utilize of ETABS design software and structural supervision for M/S ADNOC for a project consists of mix of structures comprising reinforced concrete and steel structure buildings for administration and recreation buildings as well under ground reinforced concrete water tanks for potable water and other for Diesel fuel tanks in addition to Fire fighting tank above the ground.
Also design and supervision of Industrial buildings such as Sand blasting building, Generator building and substation buildings, refurbishment and extension of 20 meter height steel structure control tower, accompanied with all infrastructure works such as asphalt roads, helipad, pre-cast and cast in-site deep manholes with up lift pumping stations, potable water network, road crossing concrete ducts for all services ( potable water system, sewage lines, fibre optic cables ) .
The scope of work also included marine works including pre-cast units for capping beams with sheet piles used as services harbour at Ruwais Industrial Area including onshore piles for 100 ton bollard for mooring the tug boats and offshore piles for 200 ton mooring dolphin, retaining walls and storm water drainage.

Iraq.
Design and site supervision for numerous residential & commercial multi-story buildings and industries buildings, some were including post-tensioning pre-cast slabs. Example of these projects is two buildings of 5 - stories steel structure complies steel I - sections for columns, beams and composite construction of concrete and corrugated steel deck for slabs.

I worked for the Civil Defence Department as site ENGINEER for construction of shelters. These underground buildings had 1.65m thick R.C. walls and 2m thick slabs reinforced with layers of reinforcement #20 every 0.3m taking all requirements to reduce temperature. I also undertook three months training at Haditha dam and gained a substantial experience in water cement injection in earth to reduce permeability and reinforcement soil filling.
