I was employed as Administrative Assistant for 23 years, and attached to the Chairman & CEO's Office.
My duties consisted of day to day secretarial and administrative functions, attending to banking matters, preparations of purchase orders and filing.
Also, I was assigned to make both domestic and international air tickets, including hotel and transportation arrangements, and various other ad-hoc assignments.
I was hardworking, honest and loyal to the company, and got along well with my colleagues and rest of the staff at all times.
I carried out all my duties and responsibilities, and executed them in a timely and professional manner to the entire satisfaction of the management.
Employed as Personal Secretary and thereafter promoted to Administrative Assistant. I was assigned to carry out various secretarial and administrative functions.
I was also responsible for maintaining personal files, obtaining visit visas, airline reservations, ticketing, accommodation and transportation for staff and visitors.
Also overseeing the company's leased and owned vehicles with regards to service and maintenance.
I was also called upon to carry out various ad-hoc assignments in keeping with my position.
My duties mainly consisted of Secretarial and Administrative functions in keeping with my position.
In addition, I also carried out various Accounting functions and was responsible for the preparation of Cash Receipts, Payment Vouchers and holding the Company's Petty Cash Imprest of SR.50K., whilst also carrying out all the banking functions as well.
Furthermore, I was also acting for the Accountant on a couple of occasions during his Annual and Emergency leave periods by preparing the necessary computer inputs for the preparation of the monthly accounts.
Participated in the School's extra curricular activities, namely in Inter House Athletics, and other events.
