To build and maintain client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for a defined set of mid-value key accounts, in order to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Optimise the use of personal time/effort and assigned work tools/resources in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Provide responsive personal service to assigned clients, providing product information, renewal quotations, following up on claims, and receiving complaints.
- Interpret client requests to identify appropriate insurance products, and gather information from the appropriate teams to respond to client queries.
- Deliver responsive and client-focused services while complying with established procedures and policies.
- Transfer ownership of client relationships in a smooth and professional manner when key accounts are reassigned, and support the team member receiving the account to ensure client service levels are maintained.
- Proactively identify promotions and products relevant to each client and communicate these opportunities to clients.
- Request renewal quotations and attend meetings with clients to ensure renewed contracts continue to meet client needs.
- Request medical cards, marketing communications and other supporting materials on behalf of clients.
- Handling internal clients requests such as Deletion, correction, CCHI upload through email, help desk and E-business.
- Analyzing the client case and find the best solution to solve the problem ASAP in order to get client satisfaction.
- Direct contact with Tawuniya Medical committee and other concerned departments to solve any issue received from clients immediately.
- Provide an answer for all the requested information / Clarifications regarding the Medical Policy, medical providers and claims to our clients.
- Track pending approvals, claims, provider issues with concerned departments.
