As IT In-charge I am responsible for entire application servers which are running on site with no output errors, with the help of support team, and being a part of middle level management I am taking active participation on management tasks.
Below is the categorized job task which I use to perform in my current job.
Management Tasks:
1. Budget preparation
2. Study and Implementation of Projects, based on their RoI,
3. Creating IT Culture in Hotel, by implementing IT Security Committee,
4. Conducting departmental trainings to resolve the IT related guest problems at the earliest stage, known as Cyber Assistance Team.
5. Providing awareness on “Go Green” by conducting training on how efficiently and effectively we should use our systems.
6. Creating Steps of Procedure on How to Do tasks in correct way
7. Creating and implementing Policy, that binds End users with company policies
8. IT consultant for other department, to minimize their job by providing them innovative ideas
9. Maintenance of Servers, Application and Network Devices
10. Executing Data Backup
11. Technical Support
12. Maintaining & preparing documentation
