• Responsibilities of heading quality function. It includes supplier, process and customer quality.
• Improved the product quality by implementing the corrective actions.
• Be responsible for quality agreements with the Supplier and customers.
• Responsible for quality standards & inspection standards.

• Responsible for MIS (Management Information System).
• Ensure that special fixtures are being developed to company standards and validated accordingly.
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
• Responsible for PCAN Submission during 4M changes & NPD.
• Direct involvement in IATF 16949 documentation implementation.
• Vendor Evaluation audits and Vendor ratings, Vendor Quality development through system implementation activities in vendors to develop them for Competitive price and deliveries with 0 compromise in quality
• Submit Weekly Rejection Trend with justification and improvement plan
• Monitoring production process control quality checks, identifying any defects/deviations & taking corrective action.
• Monitoring quality reports on daily basis.
• Customers Handling (General Motors, Hyundai Motors India & Turkey):Customer Complaints (8D Report closing and PRR) and Field issues.
• Acquiring and verifying countermeasures from other departments for Internal process issues by using 8D reports.
• Handling Customer Complaints and field claim Issues.
• Preparing countermeasures for Customer Complaints.
• Conducting Internal Audit in Weekly basis and preparing scores.
• Preparing ISAR documents for New E.O and 4M change, according to the customer requirements & get approval from customer.
• Maintaining and Modifying Gauge and fixture drawings by using AUTO CAD tool.
• Preparing revalidation reports (Part Revalidation) for customer.
• Supporting CFT and ensuring quality production.
• Handling Quality improvement projects.
• Incoming inspection of vendor parts such as machined items, springs, Rubber parts, Plastic parts & Raw materials such as Bars
• Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans.
• Coordinating the incoming inspection activity.
• Modifying Customer Drawings in to stage drawings by using designing tools Solid works and CATIA V5.
• Patrol inspection at machines in shop floor. (Components Identification and traceability, Dimensions and geometrical accuracy as per drawing and process sheet).
• Collecting Non conformances and Prepare Root cause and CAPA analysis by using 7 quality tools.
• Preparing Inspection reports and issue.
• Implementing Poka Yoke Concepts in machining Fixtures.
• Highlighting Critical Parameters and requirements related to Quality.
• Analysis on Rework / Rejected Parts in Final inspection &Testing.
• First piece approval by part inspection for GD&T parameter.
• Customer Complaints handling and analyzing the Root cause with 8D report.
• Designing of Fixtures and Gauges using solid works.
• Production Planning.
• Responsible for all instruments and gauges Calibration activities.
• Direct involvement in ISO 9001-2008 documentation implementation.
• Preparing Quality alert sheets, work Instructions and standards for each and every components.
• Preparing PPAP Kits for New development.
• Development and operation of quality control systems.
