• Preparing countermeasures for Customer Complaints.
• Conducting Internal Audit in Weekly basis and preparing scores.
• Preparing ISAR documents for New E.O and 4M change, according to the customer requirements & get approval from customer.
• Maintaining and Modifying Gauge and fixture drawings by using AUTO CAD tool.
• Preparing revalidation reports (Part Revalidation) for customer.
• Supporting CFT and ensuring quality production.
• Handling Quality improvement projects.
• Incoming inspection of vendor parts such as machined items, springs, Rubber parts, Plastic parts & Raw materials such as Bars
• Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans.

• Preparing Inspection reports and issue.
• Implementing Poka Yoke Concepts in machining Fixtures.

• First piece approval by part inspection for GD&T parameter.
