As working in a supervising consultant, my responsibility is to support and help the main contractor for implementing all site specific & approved HSE procedures on site ensuring that all activities are done as per the safe system of work. Approving their safe work method statement, risk assessment, site safety inspection & audit, report all noncompliance to my PM and issue non-conformance & site instruction to the contractor for rectification and follow-up. Cordinate with other department for safety implementation. Conducting safety coordination meeting, find-out out safety training need to employees involved in the project, coordinate with local authorities for site inspection, and other site managers for safety, ensure proper Labour’s welfare facilities on site and site safety logistic arrangements etc. Reporting to client all HSE matters and maintain HSE statistics etc.
