Procurement Coordinator -
Primarily responsible for arranging for the purchase of of raw materials, supplies and services on behalf of Inter companies
Ensure that we have most affordable and quality of supplies.
Ensure that all department and Inter companies have their supplies in time.
Checking with different suppliers on the availability of the material.
Monitor each department supplies
Ordering stocks needed for the Office
Office Admin/Receptionist
Provide Administrative Work for the Executive Director
Assisting the Executive Director and other Department Request
Receive and Relay Telephone messages and emails.
Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department.
Doing Reports for the Office stocks
Monitor the use of Supplies and Equipment
Ordering stocks needed for the Office
Giving instructions to Office Boys regarding Office cleanliness and decorations
Responsible in Handling complaints and aftersales concerns of
the customers.

❖ Responsible in preparing everyday reports
❖ Responsible in encoding customer contracts and forwarding to the
head office.
❖ Doing Sales and see to it that quota of the company is met.
❖ Assisting technical concern and phone navigation for customers

❖ Responsible in informing passengers on the exercise drills.
❖ Responsible in Maintaining cleanliness and quality service in the
cruise.

Responsible in taking orders, deals with the customer and encode
sales in the computer.
❖ Ensure all equipment are all cleaned and sanitized.
❖ Do sales call for store promotion.
❖ Make sure that Food products that are being dispatched are all in
good quality.
❖ Coordinates with other department for the orders and needs of the
restaurant.
❖ Engage in training management personnel in operations and
supervision.
Responsible in handling customer complaints and requests escalated thru SRs.
❖ Coordinates with key suppliers to ensure resolution within the prescribed SLA.
