This project was constructed bitumen blowing air unit from Vacuum Bottom and Vacuum Slops from Abadan
Refinery as Feed.
Manage the Construction and erection of Piping, Instruments; Equipment’s & power devices of new bitumen production plant. The plant capacity was 15000 BPD.
. • Engineering & Procurement & Construction of 29 Storage tanks (weight: 23000 ton).
• Manage and monitor the various phases of the project within the time specified by the employer based on the Company strategy
• Design the Cash flow, Cost control, Following the Invoices.
• Ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with project specification /procedure / method statements and schedule.
• Coordinated with Commercial and Engineering Departments
Monitoring, expedition and coordination all activities in accordance to project master schedule.
Checking and reporting any nonconformity, deviation of standards and specifications and/or the scope of works resulted from CONTRACTOR act which may have effect on the quality and/or cost and/or schedule of the works. In such a case we shall take the remedial and/or corrective actions.
Coordination with inspection agency and ensured all fabrication and welding work followed the relevant procedure/specifications, and all materials used were strictly in accordance with approved specifications.
Reviewing all Documents and drawings; make the shop drawings &Material takes off.
Checking and reporting any nonconformity, deviation of standards and specifications. In such a case we shall take the remedial and/or corrective actions.
Site execution and team leading, Coordination of works, Fabrication and erection of Both Fix and floating roof tanks.
