• Lead team of 11 accountants and credit control team to oversee full spectrum of finance functions with trading revenues in excess of AED 500 million.

• Produced management reports and adhoc analysis for senior management to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Participated in the development, compliance with, and continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures with respect to accounting & finance and general office administration.
• Implemented Balanced Score Card and KPI across the operation of the company and created monthly, quarterly and annual performance indicators for various activities of the organization.
• Developed and implemented individual financial statements for each division and branch within the organization with presentation of monthly variance analysis to the division and branch managers for the ultimate achievement of the budgeted sales and GP of the organization.
• Taking preventive steps to mitigate the operational risks in co-ordination of the group internal audit team.
• Routinely compared estimated costs to actual costs of output, calculate the labour absorption cots, prepared and reviewed margin analysis reports, documented changes in products design or product cost and preparing related reports.
