Key Result Areas:
•Call Management- notification creation- processing - call completion.
•Provide jobs daily to technicians.
•Products transfer to specific location (salable, non-salable, seconds & scrap)
• Maintain the three locations (service, second & scrap)
•Creating internal repair calls in SAP.
•Making Service and Sales GRV (Goods Return Voucher) to customer in SAP.
•Taking Daily reports of Goods Return, Replacement list, Locations and Transfer details from SAP.
•Making monthly service report details in MS office and send to Service Manager.
•Giving Sales GRV request to drivers and collect the Returns at the earliest.
•Ensure the sales returns completely received, otherwise inform the salesman.
•Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries (e-mails & phone)
•Communicate clearly and effectively with customer.
Servicing electronics products.
•Co - ordination with Service Engineers & Technicians.
•Reporting day to day Operations to the Service Manager
•Reporting quality related issues of products to the Service Manager.
Servicing Electronics products on Sight.
•Providing Technical support to Customers.
•Installation of LED TV, AC, Washing machine and Microwave oven.
Significant Accomplishments:
•Certificate of Appreciation in bringing the stocks in Customer returns location as per desired levels set by the company.
