Conducting In house Training for all levels of employees.
Administered the Learning Management System (Lifter- LMS)
New hire induction program which includes HR policies, safety induction and Information Security awareness.
Recruitment and Selection:
Responsible for the full 360’ lifecycle of Executive, IT & Blue Collar hiring in GWC (Qatar, Dubai, Bahrain) across the organization
