1.Preparation and Submission of Material Submittals, Calculations, RFI's, Shop Drawings and Method Statements in accordance to Project Specifications and UAE life safety codes.

Project:Kannur International Airport Ltd, Kannur(2014-2016)

o Planning, Monitoring and control of HVAC Activities of 1950TR Chilled Water System for Integrated Passenger Terminal Building and 152 TR VRF system for ATC tower.
o MEP Revit Modelling and basic Revit architecture modelling (Revit 2016).
o Supervised& coordination the execution works for chillers, chilled water and condenser water piping, AHU’s and cooling towers, duct erection & insulation works in accordance with drawing and technical specification provided by the consultant.
o Erection and installation of 32 AHUS, 11 FAHUs and 60 CSUs for the entire project.
o Preparation and finalizing of the Project related documents, methodology statements, Design Schedule, Equipment schedules.
o Managed sub-contractors, quotations, negotiations, rate finalizing, kick-off meeting, and induction of works.

o Planned, monitored and controlled HVAC Activities of 2500TR-6 no’s Chilled Water System refrigeration at Terminal 3 of Mumbai International Airport.
o In-charge for Engineering, Technical Assistance, Planning & monitoring & Supervision of HVAC/FPS/FAS activities at site.
o Supervised& coordination the execution works for chillers, chilled water and condenser water piping, AHU’s and cooling towers, duct erection & insulation works in accordance with drawing and standards.
o Supervision of Installing Fire Protection systems (Wet Sprinkler and Hydrant System) and Analogue Addressable type Fire alarm System.
o Preparation and finalizing of the Project related documents, methodology, Accepted Cost Estimate(Budget), Design Schedule, Equipment schedules, Procurement schedules, Execution and Commissioning activities.
o Prepared Data Sheets, Specification and material requisition for HVAC systems like Chillers, AHUs, CSUs, Package units, Ducts, Piping and structural supports.
