• Designing, installation and commissioning of Telecommunication systems (HF, VHF, UHF, VSAT, Paging System, SMATV/IP WiMAX, TETRA, CCTV, ANPR, PAGA/PAVA, PTS, RFID, Acess controlls, Gate Barriers, PABX, IDS, ACS, Metrological and Hotline ).
• Configuration, testing and repairing of (VHF, UHF, HF and G/A) radios and adjust power, frequencies as well as encryption as per client requirement.
• Design/Review block diagrams, BOQ, Panel/cabinet layout and Wiring drawing, termination drawings, interconnection Diagrams, Equipment layouts, routing layouts of the CCTV System, Telephone System, LAN/WAN, Fiber optic System, Structured Cabling Systems.
• Organizing and supervising the design, operation, and maintenance of the telecommunication links and
equipment in line with the recommended standards and performance levels for the telecommunication
support for the fields.
• Prepares and monitors first and second-line maintenance of vital communication systems/equipment.
• Prepares specifications for telecommunications service contracts and required equipment/services and
performs the Annual Maintenance Contact for Telecoms critical equipment to maintain high availability and
reliability.
• Supervise Telecom specialists and Technicians and coordinate with the Abu Dhabi team.
• Follow up on all installation, maintenance, commissioning, and operational activities for a variety of telecommunication services to various users.
• Supervises and monitors contractors workforce carrying out repairs, installation, and commissioning of
existing and new equipment to ensure adherence to approved Telecoms standards/Codes and compliance with provision of contracts Softwares: Audocat, TETRA CPS plus 6.2, Tetra Dispatch system. Training on the PAGA/PAVA Design, Installation, commissioning and mantinace by SEMCO Maritime.
Projects accomplished:
• EPC-3 - SRP new integration of telecom systems (Analog phone, hotline phone, PAGA, CCTV, paging, TETRA, and TSAM)- Um Al Anbar Island
• Installation of a New ICC room at operation building (in-house) - Um Al Anbar Island
• Installation of New SMATV system and integration with existing transmission clusters. - Um Al Anbar Island

• Experience in Radio system installation, Design, Maintenance experience in Ofshore industry. Duties
• Includes Radio system installations on vessels and communication to the main base station.
• Experience on the wireless systems, Base stations, Satellite communication systems, Software Defined
• Radios(Software Defied Radios), Hack RF, Antenna Systems, Morse Code, IOT and GPS.
• Equipments: Digital Oscilloscope, VNA, Communication signal Analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Protocol
• Analyzer, Atenuators, RF Generators, FM/AM Test Sources, HackRF, USRP, Adalm Pluto, GNU RADIO.

• Conversant in preparation of Telecom system design deliverables such as basis of design, functional
specification, technical specifications, detailed datasheets, inquiry requisition, technical bid evaluation, purchase requisition, vendor documentation review, network block diagrams, system architectures, layouts, interconnections & wiring diagrams, dimensional & mounting details, power budget calculations, testing procedures etc.
• Site Implementation, Testing & Commissioning and O&M experience on the above IT systems & including Wireless communication.
• Familiar with all topmost Telecom OEMs - Bosch systems, HID, Lenel systems, Honeywell, Indigo vision, Industronics, FFT, Fibersensys, Alcatel, Cisco, Ruggedcom, Hirschman, Motorola, Pelco, Hik-vision, Vaisala, Jotron etc.,
• Experience on the wireless systems, Base stations, Satellite communication systems, Software Defined
Radios(SDR), Hack RF, Antenna Systems, Morse Code, Digital Data Transmission, tetra, vhf, uhf, HF, dmr, GPS.
• Equipments: Digital Oscilloscope, VNA, Communication signal Analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Protocol
