Outline:
The scope of the work consists of detailed complete design, procurement, construction, startup and commissioning of all elements of Utility Systems, including Central Utility Plants (CUP), EHV substations, Electrical Power, Telecommunication backbones, Potable Water and Fire Water Pumping, Irrigation Water, Waste water Collection and Treatment Plant, Central Utility Plants (CUP) and the distribution of all utilities.

Outline:
Chiller plant capacity 32000 Ton (16 No’s x 2000 Ton) with Cooling Towers and associated pumps and chilled Water Network. Building 150m by 100 m, with a basement level for chillers plants, distribution pumps and water storage tanks to store raw and treated water supplies for fire, irrigation, potable/ domestic and cooling services, approximately 8.5 m deep with total storage capacity of 17, 111 Cub meter

Chiller plant capacity 42, 500 Ton with Sea water intake, Cooling Towers and associated pumps and chilled Water Network. Sewage treatment plant

Key Responsibilities:
• Role as the Authorized Representative of the company in dealing with the Client / Steering Committee
• Responsible in overseeing the overall implementation of the project ensuring sufficiency of resources like manpower, materials, equipment, finance, etc. for the successful mobilization, engineering, procurement, execution, completion, testing and commissioning, interim operation and maintenance of the project.

Lead the Interim Operation and Maintenance team of the project until handover to FM contractor appointed by the Client. The work includes Asset development, PM and CM plans, FRC center, BMS controls, Spare parts management, CMMS data management
• As a team leader for project team, for the turnkey projects for design, procurement, construction, inspection and Testing & commissioning including clearing punch lists and handing over.
• Report to Projects director in all aspects of technical and commercial situation of the project.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling the construction and T&C activity as per sequential and priority basis from inception stage to handing over.
• Review the material takes off from the drawings and compare with site requirement, co-ordination with purchase and store department for getting the optimum result in avoiding excess material or shortage.
• Manpower control and forecast, set up a total work force of different level capacities, distribute the duties and monitor the workmanship, discipline and achieve the progress ahead of schedule.
• Coordinate with client / consultants for the smooth and unobstructed installation and commissioning activities as per the standards requirement.

Project / Value: RPP9 Power Plant E for US$220m at KSA-Riyadh with 8x 60 MW Gas Turbine (GE Frame 7EA) units for SEC-COA and 380Kv S/S (US$ 220 Million)
Key Responsibilities:
• Team leader for commissioning of 8 nos. Frame 7EA gas turbine with GE commissioning team.
• Testing and commissioning of turbine auxiliaries including unit Switchgear to feed the power to turbine auxiliaries.
• Perfect planning and coordination to achieve the milestone of commissioning of 8 x 60 MW turbines in record 4 months including performance tests.
• Commissioning of Gas pipe line & metering station with PLC automation.
Key Achievements:
• Successfully completed & handed over a Super-Fast Track 480MW Simple Cycle Gas power plant (RPP9 E) project for Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh within a record 7 months from NTP and received a special appreciation letter from SEC.

Key Responsibilities:
Operation & maintenance of Balance of Plant system in the Power plant including EHV equipment, RMUs, power transformers, MCCs, Compressed Air system, Water treatment plant, 3000 ton chiller plant, waste oil incinerator system, BLACK START generator, HVAC system, deep well water pumps, Distributed control system & low current systems, DCS and BMS system. PM & CM plans using CMMS.

Key Responsibilities:
Testing and commissioning of balance of plant equipment, such as HV SWGR, RMUs, power transformers, MCCs, Compressed Air system, Water treatment plant, 3000 ton chiller plant, waste oil incinerator system, BLACK START generator, HVAC system, deep well water pumps, Distributed control system & low current systems. Testing of numerical & static relays, breakers, cables, Bus bars, Bus ducts. Protection and control scheme testing for all transformer protection & feeder protection.
Coordinating with commissioning of GE gas turbine generators.
Commissioning of Crude oil pipe line & metering station with ARAMCO.
Preparation of System handover packages including O&M manuals, As built drawings etc.
Carry out detailed design, Bill of materials and Procurement coordination to finalize the Bid.
