Production Supervising which includes manpower handling, making documentation related to production, following up of production plans.
Station supervising which includes dealing with technical problems that occur at dispensing units, preparing daily vehicle sales reports for each customer, analyzing fuel consumption in all stations.
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Monitor modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.
Perform Physical, Mechanical and Chemical Testing for Construction Material (Soil, Concrete, Aggregates, & Cement).
Perform Chemical and Physical Analysis for Drinking Water, Surface Water and Waste Water.
Testing of variety of Petroleum/Petrochemical Products using highly sophisticated laboratory facilities.
Perform Mechanical and Chemical Testing for Steel (for example; complete chemical composition and tensile splitting strength).
Strong knowledge of the entire manufacturing process for production of Lubricating Oils and Greases.
Supervise the manufacturing process for steel drums and plastic bottles which use at Filling Section.
Supervise the operation of filling and packaging final products.
Work closely with chemical engineers to monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of a refinery.
Work closely with other specialists, including: scientists responsible for the quality control of raw materials, intermediates and finished products; engineers responsible for equipment's maintenance; commercial colleagues on product specifications and production schedules; and the operating crew.
Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs.
Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collect and interpret data from the other technical and operating staff involved.
Assume responsibility for risk assessment, including hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, for the health and safety of both company staff and the wider community.
Participated in shutdown and startup procedures during overhaul period.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations attached with samples or catalogs that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
