MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED ACROSS THE TENURE AT AKER SOLUTIONS (APG)
•Off-Shore Platform (Client: Maersk Oil, Qatar, EPC: L&T, Project: Block 5 FDP):
Assigned a role of Lead Engineer from Pune office to carry out all the Design-related activities such as Cable Tray Layouts, F&G Layouts, Hook-Ups, Wiring, Weight Control report generation, MCT Layout, JB/Cable schedule, Instru Location Layout, Bulk MTO.
Lead the team of 2 PDMS designers, a draftsman & an Engineer and was responsible for day-to-day planning of team members activities vis-à-vis delivery schedule. Regularly visited the Fabrication Yard for resolving issues and closure of punch points.
•Proposal for ADNOC (GASCO) EPC-4 (Client: Petrofac, Sharjah, End User- ADNOC): The proposal activities mainly involved preparation of the complete BOM, Layouts, Datasheets, all Instruments and Package Offer evaluations in a crunched schedule which was carried out successfully.
•Subsea Experience: Deputed to AKER Subsea Office in Aberdeen, UK for 3 months with 3 Solid Works Modelers. Acquired exposure to different aspects of Subsea Projects such as Subsea Control Module, Subsea Electronic Module, Manifolds, Xmas Tress, Hydraulic & Electrical Jumpers, Umbilical, and the documentation/drawings involved.
•Deputation on Site (Client: Hindustan Liver): Deputed on construction site to work as PMC for 3 months for FINAL commissioning.
