•Involved in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for our Tata-Honeywell APC control system DCS - TDC 3000 during 2005-06
• Coordination and preparation of all requisites for installation and commissioning of Bulk flow Cooler (BFC) for cooling of Urea Prills. Developed logic for the system and independently involved in GTR of BFC. Trouble free operation of Bulk flow cooler achieved.
• As a in-charge of one unit during De-bottleneck project 2008, responsible for Execution and management of activities like safe and timely hand over of equipments and machines, inspection, installation, updating of job list, etc. Major activities includes replacement of urea stripper, dismantling of carbamate condenser, installation of Pre decomposer, steam saturator, pre heaters, revamp of pumps and ejectors, etc. System hydraulics got changed but nevertheless 100% completion of jobs achieved and the unit normalized with all safety in stipulated time.
• Updating and subsuming of Urea Plant post De bottleneck P& IDs in soft / hard copies.
