Working to develop and execute long term strategy for Jumeirah Group. Involved in key projects revolving around developing the future development and investment strategy for the group including the development of the asset management and real estate management functions

Worked on developing the hospitality assets for Dubai Properties. End to end management of the hotel development process from developing a project brief, working with technical consultants, architects, building and reviewing the investment case for new hotels, negotiating and executing management agreements with leading hotel operators like Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Anantara and others. Also worked on developing an asset management framework for the group

Worked as an Asset Manager responsible for monitoring real estate and hospitality operations for Jumeirah Group's owned portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets. Responsible for conducting peer benchmarking against competitive set as well review business cases for refurbishment / new ventures within the group. Worked on reviewing the feasibility for development of a new resort besides commenting on the risk management and project organisation structure.

Involved in procuring and concluding negotiations for long term leases of strategic real estate assets within the portfolio. Prime skill sets include leading analytical reviews of capex projects and recommending risk management frameworks for new ventures, strategic outsourcing opportunities and benchmarking exercises.

Worked with Abu Dhabi Finance, one of the leading mortgage finance companies in the UAE as a Senior Manager-Finance and Planning reporting to the CFO of the company.

I worked with Meraas Group as an Analyst within their Fuding and Treasury group.

I worked with Ernst & Young Middle East in their transaction advisory services team.

I worked with DynCorp International, one of the largest services contracting companies for the US armed forces. I worked as a Pricing Analyst for new assigments outside the continental US

I worked as an Assitant Manager with the project investments team in Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd, one of India's largest infrastruture development companies.
