Developing new business venture into infrastructure
Establishing the business division as an independent P&L including roadmap, business plan models, investment plans, identification of business potential, JV/consortium formations, and so on

Recognized for establishing the SBU and bagged 5 major projects across various infrastructure sectors amounting to an aggregate order booking of INR 979 Cr. (US$ 165 Mn.) including Asia’s widest free span PEB at Dahej, Gujarat
Worked as Project In-charge for execution of:
o INR 4000 Cr. (US$ 650 Mn.) New Integrated Terminal and Facilities
o INR 500 Cr. (US$ 85 Mn.) Multi-level Car Park
o Underground Services and Utilities as well as CPU Building
o Clearances from various departments and authorities - both internal and external, as well as concessioners
Acted as In-charge of Programme & Contract Management and Controls and regulated:
o Schedule Management, Budget Preparation and Analysis, Contracts Management, Evaluation of Bid Packages, Cost-time Analysis, Billing Systems, Setting-up Procedures, SAP Implementation, and so on
