•Implementing Agile techniques to deliver high business value solutions to maximize benefits realization; prioritizing and delivering projects on time by leading a team of analysts, developers & testers
•Heading delivery of all iterations to ensure focus on the delivery of business value in short iterations to maximize productivity amid change; representing an approach to the Board taking into account goals of the business and reflecting them in the implemented approach
•Understanding clients’ business and providing inputs for creation, implementation of effective architecture & technology plans
•Structuring, designing & developing enterprise solutions while maintaining scalability, performance, availability, and quality of all platforms; creating architectures and designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces; functioning as Lead Architect taking solution ownership and stimulating design to completion
•Driving conceptual and logical architecture design for new initiatives; developing standards, patterns, best practices for reuse and acceleration; ensuring initiatives adhered to strategic architecture principles
•Participating in cross-functional, cross-discipline architecture teams to enhance/set the architectural direction for key business initiatives
•Providing comprehensive architectural support to development staff to ensure that proposed solutions were technically viable
•Working closely with software engineering and technical teams to ensure a successful rollout of the solution; collaborating with business stakeholders so that business vision and requirements were addressed correctly
•Analysing complex functional & non-functional requirements, making appropriate design adjustments, providing effort estimates to support project management
•Evaluating new technology platforms and components; creating ‘Request for Proposal’ documents in collaboration with different business entities
•Following the established Enterprise Architecture methodology
