departments academic programs and courses to ensure quality and relevance.
• Faculty Recruitment and Development: Participating in the recruitment, hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of
faculty members. This includes fostering their professional growth and development.
• Teaching and Research Promotion: Encouraging and supporting excellence in teaching and research within the
department. This might involve facilitating collaborations, securing funding, and promoting scholarly activities.
• Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews of faculty and staff, providing constructive
feedback, and addressing any performance issues.
• Student Affairs: Overseeing student academic advising, addressing student concerns, and ensuring a positive

An IT Operations and Data Analytics role combines managing technical systems with analyzing data to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. My main focus is monitoring system health, managing data pipelines, and looking at metrics like server uptime and helpdesk tickets. By querying databases and building clear dashboards, I turn technical logs into practical insights that help leadership optimize workflows, forecast resource needs, and automate repetitive tasks.
