Managing team of a group of lawyers, researchers and advisors and our tem reported to MODON (Government Authority located in Riyadh).
- Our currently mission at MODON to provide counsels on governance, compliance, contracts and litigation.
- Drafted and reviewed several types of contracts.
- Prepared all governance documents of a company owned by MODON.
- Provided a lot of legal consultations in several issues.
- Provided many legal consultations in respect of compliance.

Provided legal advices to the CEO and top management on different legal and regulatory issues includes but not limited to international business agreements, employment contracts, financing contracts, insurance contracts, distribution agreements, NDAs agreements and other different types of contracts.
- Identified risks and developed perceptions of avoidance, reduction, transfer or acceptance.
- Ensued that the legal status of the company is sound and consistent the new domestic laws on working conditions and requirements in their inclusion in the company's internal system.
- Prepared all legal files of various cases and report them to the Board of Directors and ensure the integrity of the company's position and provide appropriate legal options.

-Provided legal advices on new areas of law to meet the demands of multi-faceted business, patenting with all company’s department.

-Supervised team of 10 lawyers and under my responsibility all legal cases.

-Reviewed and drafted several types of contracts such as BOT contracts, employment contracts, insurance agreements and distribution agreements.
- Proposed amendments to the Saudi Labor Law as a project done by the Office, and in the process, I made numerous comparisons between international labor laws and those of some countries with Saudi labor law.

- Translated the Saudi labor Law and its implementing regulation and supplements from Arabic to English language as a project that achieved by the Office.
-Participated actively and effectively in the preparation of legal studies related to Vision 2030 projects for Ministries of Finance, Human Resources, Health and Education.
- Prepared and drafted a lot of legal allegation and defense petitions on various legal cases (commercial cases, labor cases, administrative cases and criminal cases).
- Supervised the office team meetings to ensure that the cases are well prepared before the session.
- Prepared arbitration memos and drafted various arbitration clauses.
