 Maintaining the expanse within the allotted budget and informing management instantly for any items which goes beyond the stipulated budget.
 Costs analysis for Shutdown/ repairs and maintenance project work, identifies, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks alongside prepare and analyze cost for tenders.
 Hands on works of measuring/re measurements and reporting on quantities of work following contract specifications at construction stage & re conciliation of Materials.
 Certifying progress claims and invoices, Keeping project manager fully advised of any issue/risk which has arisen or might arise and which could affect the business/project, negotiate cost related issues with client’s representatives and other consultants

Monthly Submission of interim payment proposal to client Hyundai Engineering for structural, mechanical, piping fabrication/erection, Tie INS, steam tracing and E & I completed Work Quantities, Preparation of Estimates variation and claims for the site instructions/ subcontract variations.

Providing all the supporting documents backups/quality reports for the smooth processing of the submitted invoice & convincing client for the clearing of the same.

Co ordination with Quality control & Production team & reviewing work plan in order to boost cash flow for the project.

Preparing and circulating Daily Progress Report (DPR) on daily basis to client and Site management for information and actions.

 Witnessing contractors’ quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.

 Witnesses all testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities to assure contractors’ compliance with the approved plans and procedures.

 Reviewing contractor-submitted shop and as-built drawings, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits; and coordinates with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and/or their comments.

 Reviewing contractors’ mechanical quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plans, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.

 Arranging meetings between the contractor and concerned departments to resolve interfacing problems during construction.

 Tracking physical progress and plotting / charting data. Writing detailed progress reports with major projects in Petrochemical plants, Oil & Gas or Refinery Industries.

 Conversant with engineering drawings & Standards, schematic

 Reviews contractors’ invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the mechanical portion of the permanent works

 Preparation of prime cost estimates, for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price
Knowledge of piping design & handled fabrication & erection of mechanical equipment, piping, & steel structures in line with relevant international standard codes of practice.
