Monitoring that permanent works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications
Preparing tender and contract documents including bills of quantities, performing risk and value management and cost control and review on procurement strategies.
Preparation of project Estimates, BOQ, BOM, Bill of Quantity, Material Take offs Advising project manager on a range of legal and contractual issues.
Certification of Bills/Invoices submitted by the sub-contractors for correctness of quantities & Quality records i.e., and billing codes, such as Piping painting, GRE, RTRP Piping, Piping fabrication Works.

Preparation of prime cost estimates, for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price
Knowledge of piping design & handled fabrication & erection of mechanical equipment, piping, & steel structures in line with relevant international standard codes of practice.
