Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.
Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
Provided support for system integration and Pre production.
Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
To handle Man power utilization of man force about 15-20 worker’s team.
Participation in KANBAN, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE and 5S.
Conducting in-process inspection to the products to ensure the quality.
Regular following up of Tool Room activities and maintains documents regarding tool reworks done and work progress.
Conducting Quality assessments of the sample product developed(Paint quality, weld, dimensional accuracy, material quality etc).
Preparation of process layout and SOP (Standard Operating procedure).
Preparation and recorded for ECR, PCR and ECN documents.
Arranging certain training programs to enhance productivity using improvement techniques such as 5'S Six Sigma.
Team Member for the new projects on preparation of PFD and supporting Quality team for documenting Control Plan, FMEA and PPAP Document for new product approval.
Producing monthly reports, preparing and planning weekly and monthly schedule for manufacturing unit.
Working closely with other specialties including: quality control of raw material, finishing department, and operating crew.
Providing all type of technical and engineering measures to the production unit.
Have experienced with tough dead line production engineering
Giving troubleshooting to the breakdown equipment promptly
Giving some analytic measures regarding to any problems that might happen during the production.
Regular meeting with Purchase Dept to know the material status and their problems.
Responsible for the third party inspection of the product which provides added assurance that products
meets applicable standards and specifications.
