Responsibilities1. Ensure that MEP equipment have required power supply and BMS interface for integration
2. Design of Sensor Related to all HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Fighting Systems
3. Detailed Design and Development of IO Schedules
4. Coordinating with Manufactures to ensure that all the Points are available in Equipment’s as per Project requirement
5. Supporting the drafting team in Developing shop drawing related to Instrumentation
6. Close Coordination with Construction team for The Installation of instruments
7. Reviewing the Sequence of Operation and interpreting it in the Mode Table for Implementing in SCADA/BMS software
8. Verification of the System operations as per Mode Table/Sequence of Operation
9. Providing Engineering solutions for installation and functional issues in coordination with manufacturer and BMS Contractors
10. Analysis of District Cooling system performance such us Consumption, Colling Capacity and making sure that the All Station areas (Critical/Non Critical) are within the operation range
11. Providing Technical Solution to Testing and Commissioning team in case of any Fault or Undesired outcomes
12. Supporting the Final Turn over Documents and As Built Submissions
13. Assist/coordinate BMS contractor for Test and commissioning of BMS system

Project
Transition and hand over of Lusail Multi-Purpose Hall (Hand Ball 2015 World Cup Stadium)
Client: Ministry of Culture and Sports, Qatar
Responsibilities
1. Verifying the of BMS installations (DDC panels and Field devices) has been done as per the Specification and approved shop drawings
2. Reviewing the BMS I/O Points and as built drawings submitted by the contractor
3. Verifying the BMS system Sequence of Operations physically and confirm the parameters are matching in the Graphic platform.
4. Supporting the HVAC team to conduct and compete the Air balancing with BMS system
5. Witnessing the Testing and Commissioning for Fire alarm systems (With QCDD) procedures on behalf of Clients in coordination with consultant and Contractor
6. Attend weekly Testing and commissioning meeting and progress meetings with Project Management Team with findings and recommendations

Project 2. Seconded to Overseas Bechtel Incorporated (CP-65)
New Doha International Airport project (HIA), May 2013- Aug 2014
Responsibilities
1. Startup, Testing and commissioning of Fire alarm system, Building management system, Public Address System and Access control system & Coordinating with Related system in the integration part
2. Testing and Balancing of HVAC Devices such as VAV& CAV Units and its calibration
3. Attending the inspections scheduled by the contractor for material inspection, installation Inspection, 3rd. Fix Inspection and the final Inspection.
4. Reviewing as built drawings with the actual site condition and preparing Redline mark ups.
5. Verify the work has been carried out as per Client approved ITP’s, Project specifications, AFC drawings and international standards to execute field grass root base installations
6. Raising Quality Action note for non-compliant items and following up the same for closing it with minimum Time.
