I serve as the Director of Operations in a prominent sweater factory, holding a key position as the immediate subordinate to my superior. My responsibilities encompass a dual role, overseeing both administrative functions and operational aspects. I was the project officer of 56 km long road along Bangladesh India border. There I was responsible for all the project Financial aspects, budget, logistics, administration.
I was awarded with best officer of the brigade for my outstanding budget Management with huge profit management for Bangladesh Army
It was deployed in Kuwait under Kuwait Armed forces. I was Head of Administration, logistics and transport there. I served there fir 3 years and I was awarded with Best performing officer by Kuwait Armed forces chief and also OKP medal
I was a commissioned officer of Bangladesh Army. I have started my career in 2013 with initial 2 years of training where I had finished my training with excellent credentials. In 2019 at the Rank of Captain I was selected for OKP mission in Kuwait. There I have served for 3 years with professional Excellency.
I was responsible for Human Resource management, Financial Budgeting, Logistics management, Administrative management and also minor engineering project management.
I am under going master's program on Development studies from southeast University
I have studied Military history, military science, command and leadership, plan appreciations, English, economics
