.My duties included :
_The first to see and ensure the proper history and examination, i.e . measurement of vital signs  of new patients and inform the and prepare all patients for rounds .
_Carry out clinical evaluation, order investigations and institute treatment .
_Write a profile notes on all newly admitted patients . Informs the specialist of progress and change in the patients condition .
Performs procedures on patient on ward as per privileges ._Presents all newly admitted patients in words during morning meetings .
_Strictly review and follow up all the results of investigations .
Facilitate referrals for external providers where needed .
_Participate in patient and family education.
_Respect the patient rights according to hospital policy and inform him/her about responsibility when needed ._Participate in all quality management activities within my department
_Respond to medical emergencies in the word, and shall be available in the word for any problem arising in the  words and also NICU as I skilled in intubation and mechanical ventilators .
_Be aware of standard precautions for infection control ._Acknowledge of my role in hospital internal and external disaster plans.
