Assists in providing import and export instructions to both internal and external parties involved in the
import/export logistics process.
Complete business execution for Saudi Aramco.

Main Activities
• Establishes import/export jurisdictions, classifications and requirements for transactional compliance,
license generation, tracking and for support of submitted licenses throughout Government review and
approval processes.
• May act as primary contact for import and export compliance activities and issues with internal and
external sources.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
• Follow-up on orders processing and ensure that invoices are received and forwarded.
• Daily update of the forecasted sale activities.
• Create and arrange Business Purchase Orders.
• Back-up for the team especially during peak times.
• Export Operations Handling (Air, Sea & Road).
• Maintaining accurate databases such as price lists, payment requests list, product materials listing,
registrations listing etc.
• Entails building fruitful relationships with customers.
• Ensure ongoing operations, processes and programs are completed on schedule following the
established policies, practices, and procedures.
