• To support in smooth accomplishment of maintenance contracts, operations & Support process including various of projects and activities, including task management, review of client preventive maintenance schedules, software and hardware coordination and implementation on the CPMS, maintenance contracts and reappointments, managing the breakdown inquires and provide facilitation to engineers, labors and drivers.
• Oblige as a general resource for all direct inquiries & meetings from the clients (Dubai Airports, DCC, MOE, ADNEC, Dubai Police, Khanshab, DIFC GV/GV, IDAMA, Hyatt regency, Dubai Duty Free, Imdaad, Nakeel, RTA, Carefour, IMUM, United Hyper Market, Naif Market, DWTC, IMUM, DOT etc….) including providing information on CPMS (Car Park Management system & Radar) related activities, policies, spare parts and procedures.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Preparing annual maintenance contracts & proposal for clients related to the CPMS.
• To lead the technical reliability team in development of planned maintenance schedules and develop robust relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) to continually challenge schedules and develop effective future schedules.
• Responsible for management and delivery of the weekly Maintenance works schedule and any urgent work that arises, where necessary resetting the daily priorities ensuring the plant operation is fully supported and output is not impacted due to engineering issues. This includes managing and controlling all day to day maintenance activities on site delivered by either in house engineers or contract support.
• Deliver the site maintenance asset care programmer and ensuring its effectiveness and efficient delivery measured through the use of standard KPIs.
• Apply technical skills and ingenuity to the correction of equipment problems causing excessive production downtime and maintenance work as necessary.
• Manage the maintenance department budget to detail spending by category, and maximize expenditure effectiveness for minimum unplanned production downtime and maximum workplace efficiency.
• Lead the operations team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues
• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and provide recommended solutions
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information.
• Prepare the daily attendance for the engineer’s, labors and drivers include Day and Night Shift.
• Received breakdown call’s from the client and takes essential accomplishment to rectify the issues.
• Implement and monitor support services, including CPMS spare parts delivery, services transportation, communications, engineering, information technology and delivery of local purposes and service requirements.
• Prepare the car park management system quotations for the client and monitors invoices, delivery orders and presents graphic data reports.
• Manage responses to data requests from internal and external auditors and clients.
• Create and format documents electronically including letters, schedules, status reports, presentations (Power Point), spreadsheets (Excel), and other related documents.
• Establish processes and schedules to ensure all required submissions are made accurately and in a timely manner.

• Complete knowledge of the Photoshop, ftp and Dreamweaver.
• Maintain and update employee files in CRM and daily updates of the project.
• Prepare the client list of the clients through the UK directory.
• Testing the new websites and write test cases for web projects.
• Keep the trac updated and assign new tasks to the team members.
• Prepare the documents of CRM, CMS, E-mails Server Backups, and Hiring Process etc.
