Key Responsibilities
Lead role in diversifying the business to Qatar by establishing a new company called Hamad and Mohammad Al-Futtaim (HMAF) in Doha under Dubai based Al-Futtaim group.
Managed, Finance, Accounts, budget, forecast, Tax, Audit, Procurement, Admin & HR of six divisions of HMAF (MEP, Elevator, Building Products, Scaffolding, Facility management and Technologies)
Working capital management and credit control system resulted in reducing debtor’s turn days by 50%.
Set up and funding of Vendome Mall MEP projects (JV with Voltas). Qatari Riyals 700M and 148K SQM and Doha Festival City MEP Projects of Qatari Riyals 500M and an area of 600K SQM.
Acted as a member of the JV board of Directors for a period of one year
Collaborated with Toshiba Elevators and Roca sanitary products (Spain) to sign of agency agreements.
Managed group Tax, group Audit and all the regulatory works of entire Al-Futtaim group in Qatar (More than 15 companies of the group)
Along with entire Qatar operation, successfully managed Dubai operation of Facility management, Building products and AC divisions.
