Successfully completed construction projects of Polycon-2, Spinning, Texturizing & G-PAC departments.
Developed, monitored and maintained Company and departmental procedures for the systematic identification, assessment and control of risks during projects, modifications and operations. Reviews procedures and systems and analyses statistics to produce trends of accident analysis. Applies quality control techniques to safety in the workplace to protect the Company’s human resources.
Provided technical expertise and advice on all aspects relating health & safety. Includes directing teams of multi-discipline of professional engineers in hazards identification and risk assessments.
 Initiates and advises on HSE related matters to Project managers and participates in the preparation of company Health Safety and Environmental plans.
Audits and evaluates work methods for optimum performance with regard to overall risk in compliance with Company standards and procedures. Analyses and develops solutions to reduce HSE risk potential to Company resources and facilities. Includes monitoring the status of safety and fire protection systems to ensure the plant systems are functioning correctly. Audits work functions such as movement of stacked material, mooring of ships, lifting of pumps as well as the competency of crane, vehicle and machine operators.
Dealing with all National and International audits and ensure timely closure of all noncompliance.
Ensured safety management of all contractors and visitors inside the premises of Gatron Industries Limited.
Conducted fire drill and evacuation mock drills.
Conducted JSA and risk assessment of the workplace and suggested suitable and effective control measures.
Installation of Fire extinguishers and Fire Fighting equipment at plant as per NFPA-10 and OSHA guidelines.
Conducted effective training of the staff as per training plan to develop positive safety culture.
Root cause analysis of Incident / Accident and Near-misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Keep up to date on best practices, international standards with in industry by attending various engineering conferences, seminars and courses.
Developing safety induction systems for suppliers, visitors and contractor.
Managing injury/illness (Accidents / Incidents) information database and rectify the incident trends through trend analyses and recognize significant trends through statistical review and develop strategies to address those trends.
Preparing, analyzing, trending, reporting and control of HSEQ data and statistics for Organizing & lead monthly Safety. Operational Committee Meeting to review monthly performance and to provide further guideline for improvement to Top Management.

Waste Water Treatment Plant
Prepared base data for Waste water designing plant.
During plant startup, worked with erection team to execute the inbuilt design.
