Role & Responsibilities
As Energy Engineer
Plan, organize, and lead Energy Performance Contract projects.
Perform on-site energy efficiency audits.
Analyze potential opportunities, create proposals and present findings to customers.
Conduct historical utility billing analysis and facility benchmarking analysis.
Recommend and analyze Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs).
Develop and implement Site Measurement Plans and deploy equipment to document parameters such as operating times, flows, energy consumption, temperatures, etc.
Develop Site Survey Plans and Audit Checklists.
Conduct site visits to verify installation and operation of proposed technologies.
Analyze consumption before, during and after
implementation phases.
Report on energy savings achieved during operations period using M&V protocols.
Create and develop technical audit, savings, M&V and project reports.
Preparing technical presentation for the project and present to the client.
As Project Manager
Preparing Project Implementation Schedules.
Review of As-Built Drawings.
Material submittal preparation.
Preparing and maintaining log books & records for all incoming material and submittals.
Reviewing of supplier submittals as per contract documents and negotiating changes to avoid future conflicts.
Material inspections.
Work progress inspections& preparing daily progress reports.
Preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Lead/ attend site meetings.
Planning and coordinating all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents and government specifications.
Manage the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Review of OPR and BOD.
Preparation of commissioning plan.
Preparation of commissioning specifications.
Attend pre-commissioning, commissioning and functionality testing.
Prepare commissioning report.
Review of Operation and Maintenance manuals.
Facilitate training to the O&M staff.
Coordination with project managers and Supervisors to insure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades.
Providing technical advices to installation staff, designer, supervisor and costumers regarding installation and maintenance of MEP Systems.
Quality management of the systems & services as per ISO 9001-2015 standards.
As Facility Manager
Managing ongoing preventive maintenance and
repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and
other installed systems.
Maintaining and operating all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment,
plumbing systems, building management system,
and building repairs.
Performing facility inspections and report on
condition affecting operations.
Monitoring and supervising HVAC preventive
Maintenance contracts.
Responding to emergencies related to engineering work.
Preparing and submitting summary reports of
conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
Ensuring compliance of facility to the local rules and regulations.
Supporting any after-hours building needs and
activities as required.
Attend training sessions and seminars.
Role & Responsibilities
Supervision of electrical installation works for low-level buildings.
Coordination with design team.
Handle all documentation work and reports.
Coordinate with site team and Govt officials for smooth running of the
project.

Electrical Engineering Major in Power. Registered Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council.
