Supervision of all MEP Related Godrej Icon & Godrej Oasis at sec-88A, Gurgaon, having 15 Nos.of High rise towers (G+31, G+17, G+13, G+11, G+9).
Coordination between MEP works and all other disciplines including Drawings, Specifications, Contracts and Execution.
Study the Drawings & specifications and if required raise request for information/clearance (RFI)
Incorporate MEP Drawing revisions & changes into the construction activities/program.Notify variation/claim as applicable.
Review MEP contractors submissions including Shop drawings, Material submittal etc.
Coordination with Consultants, Client, Contractors etc.Follow up on approvals & NOCs.
Study the program of works and updates.Follow the progress of MEP contractor.
Ensure on time delivery of MEP material and equipments;long lead items
Supervision of MEP subcontractor works for technical, Quality, Safety & Progress issues.
Regularly attending progress review meeting with vendors for capturing any discrepancy between planned and actual progress
Arrange MEP clearance for Civil works.
Certify MEP contractors Bills.Review all correspondence from MEP contractor and verify their claims.
Ensure Project handing over as per the project requirements, Snagging, De-snagging.cleaning etc for MEP works.
Manage the submission of MEP project closeout documents;As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, commissioning Reports spares etc.
Ensure Safety & Welfare of the work force.Ensure proper and safe work place, proper & egress, suitable PPE ensurance for contractors staff.
Execution, testing and commissioning of 2 nos of 500 kVA transformers, 2 nos of 3 Panel HT VCB board, 2 nos of 125kVA DG sets, Compound Lighting, Internal electrification of flats for load @ 8 kW for 2 BHK & @ 16 kW for 3 BHK.
Installation, commissioning and testing of 140 KLD Plumbing system with WTP (MGF & ACF Filteration) system, Rain water harvesting system.
Installation Commissioning & Testing of 450 KLD STP.
Installation, commissioning and testing of Fire Fighting system which includes 200 KLD fire tank with 1 no. of Disel engine, 1 no. 100 HP main fire pump, 1 no.100 HP Sprinkler pump & 1 no.7.5 HP Jockey pump.
Installation, Commissioning & testing of Conventional type Fire Alarm System including MCP, Hooters and optical smoke detectors.
Installation, Commissioning & testing of Basement ventilation system including hanging of GI ducts, installation of Axial flow fans for exhaust and fresh air requirement.
Installation, commissioning and testing of 2 Nos of Lifts having capacities of 13 persons.
Responsible for internal and external electrification including substation, installations of lifts, DG sets, fire alarm system, street lighting, etc.
Construction of Residential Accommodation for Army Welfare Housing Organization at Greater Noida, Phase III
Internal electrification of 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom, Penthouse, and L.T. Panel Slab Conduiting & Surface Conduiting.
Electrification of street pole light & cable laying work.
To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement..
Review Inspection and Test Plans in order to perform all required inspections and witnessing all required tests and add witness and hold points for the Client’s Inspection.
Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
Review Client’s Inspectors deliverables, analyse and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients
Every two week once attend the site technical coordination meeting, Monthly once attend the site safety coordination meeting
Checking the Workmanship and material Quality as per approved make and standard work for the Right quality and standard work
Daily & Weekly work Progress Report Preparation and Keep the Record
Preparing the Monthly work Progress Report for Claim with Measurements
Daily conduct and maintain the tools box meeting and checking the Height work Permit (above 2m)
Preparation of Project Report for correct and Timely information for the Progress of work
Responsible to do surveys including site measurements
Responsible for Highlighting foreseen Problem & Delays in advance Escalating to the PM
Quality Assurance, updating of material stock
Weekly Material Requirement to be send by email to office
Conduct site visit and collect information required for tie-in projects with existing facility and expansion project
M.tech (Power system) from Al Falah University.
Qualified GATE-2012 with percentile of 89.90.
