From 02/2010 I followed and now concluded an Executive Master on International Accounting Standards, I'm doing consulting in this area for large corporate groups listed.
My work is mostly done in small and medium-sized enterprises organized as joint-stock companies (mainly real estate and construction), orienting the international markets as markets and as a dislocation of operational branches.
The active collaborations carried out in this study, they gave me the chance to direct my attention and mature particular expertise in the following areas:
• Compliance with corporate accounting and preparation of financial statements and overtime,
• Compliance with corporate tax, ordinary, extraordinary and tax benefits,
• Tax advice, company and management,
