•Planning and managing the operation of the company’s events, while ensuring the desired brand image & quality standards.
•Handle the negotiations with potential companies to organize customized corporate events according to the company’s requirements, such as Mountain View, Johnson & Johnson, Emmar, Mercedes…
•Responsible for all EC³ marketing promotional materials of the 3 brands in terms of design and production while maintaining the quality standards & cost efficiency, such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, …etc.
•Supervise all the digital media marketing activities/advertising campaigns of the 3 brands of EC³ to deliver the desired branding standards.
•In charge of the external marketing communication with EC³ clients (any communication with the parents), these announcements have to be professional, informative & delivered on the scheduled dates.
•Design & manage the yearly marketing strategy for the 3 brands of the company.
•Draw up the Marketing budget of the company.
•Develop yearly Marketing competition analysis report.
•Overall responsibility of running various marketing campaigns - like newsletters, e-mail/SMS shots sent to the customers.
•Reach out potential sponsors and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
•Training the PR & Marketing Executive/s according to the defined list of objectives.
•Work on developing creative ideas that will help promoting The Company in different areas.
•Exploring new business opportunities for the company.
•Managing the admission teams of the 5 branches of the company in terms of training them, responsible for overseeing their performance, supporting them with the on the job tasks, monitoring their progress and ability on regularly-assigned duties.
