✓ Providing secretarial and administrative support including typing letters/reports, agendas, timetables, telephone calls, emails, filing, record keeping and form filling. Responsible for creating local purchase order receipts for business to business orders and components.
✓ Coordinate logistics activities, direct and arrange drivers for local, showroom and international delivery
✓ Day to day running of Warehouse activity by taking of stock of tasks to be completed on a daily basis and report on the status
✓ Updating in system for purchase orders based on order acknowledgement, processing expenses, ensuring reimbursement is correct and approved in good time
✓ Entry of items as supplied and records and making of goods receipt slip.
✓ Monitoring of attendance of staff and giving a monthly report for salary payment.
✓ Checking containers and goods due for shipment (inspection of goods)
✓ Supervision of loading of items inside the container
✓ Stocking taking and reporting writing.
✓ Assigning of staff to deliver items to desired customer(s) from point of origin to point of consumption.
✓ Organizing of meetings with external parties and fellow employees, which include liaising with external parties to find mutually acceptable venues, dates and times for the appropriate people. Coordinate arrangements for requirements
✓ Administrative support, making of Exit and Entry passes, issuing of permit and licenses
✓ Going to Customs for submission, claims and inspection and attending Dubai Trade.
✓ Documentations of files and delivery of items in urgent basics, manage all official documentation and ensure documents are filed consistently
✓ Taking the supervision of transportation, procurement and transportation Depts. To solve day by day operations and solve any coordination problem if exist.
✓ Making and editing the monthly transportation plan
✓ Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of materials.
✓ Liaising and negotiating with customers and supplier supervise customer services and response to customer inquiries.
✓ Manage the distribution of staff and workforce to reach the best use time and manpower
