Contracts Manager for two large Service Contracts in Saudi Aramco, Dhahran. Mobilized and now managing a large Janitorial Service Contract for Saudi Aramco Recreation Division of 280 manpower providing various services such as janitorial, minor maintenance, parks & playgrounds and equipment services for the community of Saudi Aramco Dhahran. Managing a second contract to the Executive Community Services Division of Saudi Aramco. Manpower of 180 providing Butler, Fitness, Massage Therapist, Florist, Housekeepers, Drivers, Cooks and Catering staff to the Executive operations of Saudi Aramco, Dhahran. Managing both contract operations including local & international recruitment, responsible for all equipment & transportation, ensuring staff accommodations meet Saudi Aramco Environmental and Safety standards, budgetary control, invoicing and auditing. In February 2018 I headed and successfully mobilized a large Recreation General Service Contract for Tamimi Global in Saudi Aramco in Ras Tanura location (270 manpower including vehicles & equipment) and in December 2018 I headed the demobilization of a large General Service Contract below which ended on the 31st December 2018 due to contract completion.
Contract Manager for a large General Service Contract providing manpower, vehicle, and equipment service to Saudi ARAMCO - Dhahran. Responsible for a multimillion Saudi Riyal project operation divided into three divisions, Recreation, Residential and Executive Community Services Divisions. Providing swimming pool services including lifeguards and swimming teachers; gymnasium services; libraries services; Housing Inspection Unit services; Executive Community services; Mail Center services; Janitorial services; Furniture Warehouse services; Beach Lifeguards & project office services. Responsible of a fleet of 175 various motorized vehicles & equipment and the maintenance/servicing including beach rescue craft; budget control - increased the profitability of the project by 15% over 5 years; expenditure and requisitions; recruitment and retention of 950+ multicultural staff; their accommodations & logistics; Personnel matters such as monitoring the renewals of work permits;. Oversee the delivery of a Health & Safety Program including routine site inspections of facilities, staff accommodations and submitting safety reports; Achievements: Awarded Best Performing Contractor for Central Community Services in Health & Safety Compliance for 2013/14.

Recreation Manager for a Five Star Residential Resort for multicultural residents, guests and Saad Group employees. Responsible for the Resort’s Recreation Services & Facilities and all SAAD Group Employee Residential Compounds and their recreation services & facilities. A total of 13 indoor/outdoor swimming pools, two large indoor multi-purpose sports arenas, full-sized Ice Rink, 15 various sized gymnasiums, Men’s & Ladies Spa facilities and a large beach resort with indoor swimming pool & gymnasiums; responsible for existing recreation facility refurbishments and consult on new build designs and their operational health & safety procedures; devised & carried out reactive & preventative maintenance programs; facility equipment requisitions; health & safety enforcement for department facility operations and all recreation services; create popular children & adult activity programming, event management and promotion of the above. The Department Head of a multicultural team of 30 inclusive of staff scheduling; performance management & training.
Contract Manager for a corporate "Service Contract" to Saudi ARAMCO - Eastern Province. Responsible for project operation in four large ARAMCO sites in Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia including but not limited to swimming pools, gymnasiums and libraries; budget control, expenditure and requisitions; multicultural staff of 80+; recruitment, training, retention of staff; staff accommodation, health, transportation; processing of government documents such as visas, contracts, etc.; designed and implemented preventative maintenance schedules of contract service equipment, facilities and accommodations. Designed and implemented in accordance with US Health & Safety standards a Contractors Operations Manual for company employees and the recreation services provided; designed and developed Safety Awareness program for project employees; company representative and liaison to ARAMCO. The company was recognized and awarded for best performing contractor for Aramco Eastern Province for "Saudi-isation" & "Service Performance" for 2001/2002.
