As a Project Manager I am responsible for delivering a number of Technology transformation projects across the portfolio of Real Time Passenger Information Systems, including migration of the National Journey Planner to AWS and inclusion of improved real time integration with Google Maps. I have initiated the migration from the current Desktop infrastructure to a DaaS environment with full BCDR capabilities. I am also delivering an Identity Management Project to enable single sign on to all NTA ticketing and Information systems including Leap Card, TaxSaver and M-Ticketing.
