Assist the General Manager in the below Tasks as:
• Kuwait Fire Force Engineer
o Ensure that all projects executional files are approved as per Kuwait Fire Force Regulations.
o Ensure smooth shipment release from Kuwait Fire Force - New Installation Projects.
o Maintain and update KFF Equipment list for company brands to be in-line with total product certificate as per Kuwait Fire Force New Regulations.
o Ensure that KFF company license is updated and valid.
o Make sure that our agreements with different brands are valid and up to the standards as per Kuwait chamber of commerce and Kuwait Fire Force.
• Procurement/Logistics Engineer
o Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
o Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
o Following compliance and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
o Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
o Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
o Managing Shipments status and abroad vendors - New Installation
• Process Engineer
o Develop, configure and optimize organization processes from inception through to start up and certification.
o Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
o Design, run, test and upgrade processes.
o Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve process rates, time and quality of output.
o Perform and create process simulations.
o Perform risk assessments.
o Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
• Arranging, sorting client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
• Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions.
• Gather proposals, specifications and related documents and liaise with stakeholders in order to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current projects.
• Utilize cost methodologies and tools and appropriate packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts.

• Setting out project billing milestones, duration and required manpower plan.
• Ensuring that all used material and work performed are as per specifications and according to safety regulations.
• Preparing reports and site submittals as required and close-out documents.
• Coordination with the client, factory, TKE team and subcontractors to assure a smooth workflow towards customer satisfaction.
• Created Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determined activity durations, and logic relationships.
• Created milestones to identify the start of work including activities that required constraints.
• Loaded resources into the project resource wizard in Primavera P6, maintained and assigned baseline schedules for the project.
• Monitored and updated project progress on a routine basis against established scope, schedules and budgets.
• Identified critical activities and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and proposed remedial action plans.
• Communicated project status report to Project Management Team (PMT) and client.
• Printed 3-weeks look ahead with columns to indicate remaining duration and issue standardized performance reports on CPI, SPI and TCPI.
Other Tasks
• Creating and Modifying Drawing to match sites (Auto CAD).
• Approving Projects, Drawings and List of used equipment from KFD.
• Releasing Shipments according to KFD and Chamber of Commerce.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
• Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractor.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
