Organizational Process Asset (OPA) Management:
• Arrange and run "need assessment" meetings with department managers
• Review and develop policies, procedures and flowcharts for planned list of departments
• Create and suggest a departmental level mandate including departmental risk management
Project Management:
• Support the program management office (PMO)
• Arrange meetings with department managers to collect required project information
• Create a program management (PM) dashboard as an input for the upcoming PM solution
• Align organizational strategies with identified and analyzed list of projects
Strategic Planning:
• Assess and analyze departmental strategic plans and business plans
• Collect, and suggested ideas on revenue generation and cost efficiency (initiated as projects)
• Research on Public Private Partnerships in the "art and culture" industry
Quality Assurance, KPI Management and Coordination with Partner Government Agencies:
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs
• Coordinate with the Planning and Statistics Authority

Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate reports with cross-analytical data based on market trends and marketing activities
• Analyze the performance (ERP) of the brands - breakdown by outlet, category, reference, etc.
• Communicate performance, demographics and finance based reports with brand division teams
Process Management:
• Advise senior management on optimal alternatives based on indicators from quantitative analysis
• Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures - SOPs
• Assess and improve the SOPs
Forecasting and Buying:
• Manage demand forecasting on a seasonal basis
• Coordinate with the buying teams to ensure the purchase of required products (pre-buy analysis)
• Manage the margin and retail price mark ups/ downs
Supply Chain Management:
• Follow delivery planning schedule, communicate and act upon any delays or deviations
• Assess suppliers on standard delivery KPIs (lead time, damage)
• Analyze monthly supply chain costs related to intra-stores and warehouse to store movements
