 Head of the transport operation section that cover all kind of transportation of goods and equipments within Nigerian territories.
 Head of the workshop that provides all kinds of troubleshooting procedures and the latest technologies and diagnostic tools, to detect faults and the highly skilled personnel and the accurate tools to accomplish the repairing operation with the best cost/repair time rate.
 Monitor and approve monthly payroll statement for employees.
 Head of the R&D department that provides training, guides continuously for all the staffs, and to update software programs for repairs WIS, EPC, Brains, MS fleet management.
 Head of the sites mechanical operation including: Quarries, asphalt plants, Batching plant, precast yards, bush clearing, road construction, pilling, dredging.
 Head of the preventive maintenance section that cover the daily and the predicted schedule services for the complete 920 machines of the concerned fleet.
 Provide efficient Coordination between sites by managing equipment, workmanship and all available resources to achieve projects on time and within allocated budgets.
 Implementation of safety procedures and method statements in line with company safety specifications to reach the goal of zero hazards.
