• Processing daily orders for PAN India.
• Database updation of clients, employees, dealers and workshops.
• Agreements preparation.
• Updation of contract conditions in the system based upon the services agreed upon in the Agreement.
• In warding of DSE’s files after initial scrutiny of documents.
• Coordinating with channel partners on the case status and completion of pending documents.
• Liasioning and managing the turnaround time of Field Investigation agency and Risk Credit Units.
• Coordinating with the out sourced agencies for technical scrutiny of the property in consideration.
• Forwarding the file to Credit for sanctioning after completion of documents needed for sanction of the case.
• Coordinating with customer about the intended date of disbursement.
• Maintaining detailed report of cases from entry till full disbursements to be sent to ASM & RSM every month.
• Team Leader managing a team of 20-25 Call Center Executives.
• The first interface of the Company with the corporate clientele through Care Touch Hotline.
• An important link between the corporate clients and corporate sales.
• Resolving customer complaints and queries to utmost customer satisfaction.
CACHE Level 3 (EYFS) - Early Years Educator (Workforce): extensive study about early childhood care & teaching practices, child development and all aspects of it, UAE & UK laws and regulations governing children and their care, supporting children with additional needs, supporting child development by providing enabling environment, supporting emergent literacy and mathematics, observing and assessing children.
CACHE Level 2 (EYFS) - Introduction to Early Years Education & Care: extensively studying child development and various aspects of it.
