Maintain client accounts
• Develop and maintain healthy and effective work relationships
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with
candidates
• Cold calling for new business
• Oversee two Branches (Johannesburg and Durban) consisting of 6 staff
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist
of candidates for the client
• Conducting Criminal, Credit, reference checks etc.
• Recruit internal staff
• Oversee projects and client accounts in the company
• Compiling reports for MD and Clients
• Quality check all CVs to be submitted to clients - Checking the suitability of applicants before
submitting their CV
As an Internal Recruiter with in deVere I’m tasked with driving the globalstaffing
requirements to grow our global office network.
Sourcing and on-boarding of Financial Coordinators, Wealth Managers and Trainee Wealth
Advisors.
• Managing key relationships with the deVere Group management, employees and candidates.
• Working closely with concerned department managers across the globe to ensurestaffing
requirements are met on a timely and efficient manner
• Effectively utilizing online recruitment options such as social media platforms includingbut
not limited to; Facebook, Twitter, International Job Portals and networking forums
• Usage of LinkedIn, Boolean Search and other respective Job Portals.
