1. Create RFQ for the materials and services, for projects, departments, for project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipment’s, services and subcontracts.
2. Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up and obtain open and sealed bids
3. Techno‐commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements
4. Generating PO for services and materials,
5. Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers.
6. Follow‐up on material delivery and documentation requirements,
7. Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery requirements, etc
8. Vendor evaluation, registration, development and Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement
9. Generating vendor database for the materials and services
10. Generating reports in SAP and MS-EXCEL for the Purchase requisitions, RFQ’s and POs.
11. Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation
12. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure that target prices, company’s terms and conditions are met.
➢ Technical Support Engineer ( October 2013-Present)
❖ Job roles & Responsibilities
* Supervision and follow up all electrical and mechanical work in the site.
* Modification of electrical and mechanical drawings (with supervision of project manager) in coordination with site engineer and consultant.
* Preparation of materials and equipment required for electromechanical work in coordination with site engineer.
* Submitting catalogues and samples and any other material or drawing required for the consultant
* Preparation studies and researches and reports in electrical works (work size, period, cost and any other plan to finish work)
* Quantities calculation for existing work in shop drawings.
* Preparation of income payments for electromechanical works.
*Contacting with suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations for materials and works.
* Supervision and follow up Sales representatives and coordinate between them and projects department.
* Training Sales representatives on electromechanical works and system includes in this works to improve their technical knowledge.
* Coordination between Sales representatives and clients and contact with clients if he need

* Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical and mechanical related works at site during start works period.
* Ensures that all site Electromechanical works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
* Manage and provide directly engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
* Contact with designer for preparation the drawing according to civil and architectural works.
* Coordination with civil and architectural engineers to planning and put the strategy for future works (prepare the works schedule)
* Follow up with the consultant engineers (electrical and mechanical) for all related works ( drawings and submittals)
* Directly responsible for the safety of all Electromechanical groups' personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
