Ensure uniformity, standardization and availability of all information provided to generic appointees and learners
Starter Pack: Documentation print and compile, brochures, pamphlets and admin packs.

Audit and management of PPE (Personal protective equipment)
Continuously ensure adequate stock and accuracy of stock at hand. Keep store room clean/ tidy and according to Sasol safety specs at all times, and keep office clutter free.

Prepare venue for orientation
Set-up the venue with the starter packs and other New Employee Orientation materials; ensure that any deviations are reported immediately. Arrangements for new employees who require to me commuted to and from venue of enrollment and all other urgent arrangements that needs to be addressed.

Coordinate the generic orientation programme, special programs on request and BU specific programs

Give through any changes made to programme (Secunda & Sasolburg); Ensure Standardised information transfer; Report on the program monthly and comparison, deviations, benchmarking, cost evaluation, trend analysis, and measurements.

Manage Programme
Ensure smooth running of day to day programme; Make the program interesting; Use new generation thinking to conduct programme; Take initiative to make suggestions to presenters to be creative and to update presentations. Follow-up on monthly basis with stakeholders to ensure that the programme meet their expectations.
