Responsibilities:
Developing the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures.
Implementing and monitoring costs within each project stage and for entire project.
Reviewing financial data related to accruals, invoice payments, purchase orders and material deliveries and other data.
Coordinate implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in the company.
Coordinate development and implementation of project work breakdown structure (WBS) / cost breakdown structure (CBS).
Development of estimates and feasibility studies for various Projects.
Coordinate and develop project Monthly/Annual-spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis.

Responsibilities:
Assessing and certifying main contractors, ride venders and consultants payment applications and variations.
Preparing and submit interim monthly payment application to client.
Preparation and updating cash in& out flow to monitor cost.
Preparation of monthly commercial part of project progress report.
Identity the scope changes and preparation of variation order request to Client.
Preparing comparison statement based on ride vendors and subcontractors proposals for management approval.

Project 1: Sofitel Resort Hotel Plam Jumeriah (B+G+6) interior fit out package(Project Value AED 171 Million) Sofitel resort project comprises of the fit-out of 361 no. of hotel guestrooms and suites as well as 182 no. of serviced apartments. We also completed the fit-out for corridors, lift lobbies, public areas, back of house areas and restaurants.
Project 2: EO and Meraas Holding Offices Building, Satwa, Dubai interior fit out package for VIP area (Project Value AED 7 Million) scope consists EO G.C Office, EO Reception, Meraas G.C Office, Meraas Reception & Communal Area.
Responsibilities:
Pre & Post tender quantity take off.
Compare Contract BOQ with takeoff quantities and identifying items that were missed out during tender.
Prepare different work package BOQs and documents for subcontracting works.
Send subcontracting enquiries, get quotations and prepare comparison statement.
Assist Senior Q.S for negotiation, finalizing and awarding subcontract work packages.
Co-ordinate with procurement team for sourcing within budget.
Advise design department for scope of work and checking shop drawings before final submission to consultant approval.
Identification, notification, pricing and timely submission of variations
Prepare and submit interim monthly payment application.
Assess subcontractor’s invoices and prepare payment certificates.
Attend meetings with client Q.S for clarifying the progress of original & variation works and agree on interim payment application assessments.
Calculate prelims expenditure based on monthly cost report from accounts department and compare with budgeted prelims.
Support Assistant Q.S and Junior Q.S for preparing variations and review their work before the submission.
Advised Senior Q.S in managing commercial aspects.
Prepare cost value reconciliation, estimate at completion, liability statement, cost v/s allowable reports monthly for management reporting.
