We also completed the fit-out for corridors, lift lobbies, public areas, back of house areas and restaurants.

Project 2: EO and Meraas Holding Offices Building, Satwa, Dubai interior fit out package for VIP area (Project Value AED 7 Million) scope consists EO G.C Office, EO Reception, Meraas G.C Office, Meraas Reception & Communal Area.

Responsibilities:

Pre & Post tender quantity take off.
Compare Contract BOQ with takeoff quantities and identifying items that were missed out during tender.
Prepare different work package BOQs and documents for subcontracting works.
Send subcontracting enquiries, get quotations and prepare comparison statement.
Assist Senior Q.S for negotiation, finalizing and awarding subcontract work packages.
Co-ordinate with procurement team for sourcing within budget.
