Personally attending to customer's need with regards to immediate resolving of cargo shipments with irregularities which includes Airlines representatives, direct customers on telephone as well as walk in.
Pricing, Operations, Marketing & Sales.
Providing Airline/Cargo Agencies with accurate information about their shipments status.
Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
Develop the new clients and retain the existing clients
To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service.
Prepare and attend client meetings. & well aware of the local market
To have good know-how of the service providers and customers
To prepare business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales results and develop new business opportunities
Ensuring to keep half an hour meetings before the shift work starts with Senior Cargo Assistants and Cargo Assistants. This way we keep good relations with my staffs and guide them with accurate information
Preparing a Compiled Report of every shipment.
Developing new business contacts, Market Research, responding to customer queries.
Coordinate with C.H.A. also coordinate with factory people regarding dispatch details.
Assist traffic Management personnel in performing daily activities.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with passengers
Provide Customer support
Performs other duties as assigned such as Baggage Handling, Passenger/Security Check -in and issuing of Boarding Pass.
Reporting to and communicating with Station Manager.
Able to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, to interpret or communicate and routine information.
Preparing load and trim sheet.
Assisting passengers with immigration and custom clearance.
Confirming all passengers is boarded on the flight.
Attending Telephone calls & handling EPABX System.
Prepares agreements/contracts for workshops, canteen vendors or any other parties as may arise
Manages the workflow and documents in the General Office.
Organizing office maintenance and repair work
Supervising the implementation of new office systems
Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person
Supervising Office Cleanliness
Arranging travel and Travel Reservation
Organizing meetings and appointments
Act as a student coordinator by informing about their exams, Interview, issuing certificates etc
