• Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
• Monitor and Analysethe financial progress of a project and subit the report to Project Manager.
• Review budget requests for approvaland Present annual budgets to senior managers
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Direct and coordinate and mange the Financial forecasting, financial strategic planning
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Compile and analyze periodic financial statements, cash flow management
