Manage the distribution of project documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Track and report on document control metrics, such as document turnaround time and error rates.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and compliance, to ensure document control best practices are followed.

Control all Aspects of Project Documentation on Multiple Simultaneous Projects, Utilizing Various Control Method / System. Prepare, Operate and Update Documentations in Line with the Company’s Document Management System and Ensure Proper Document Control Support is given to each project.
 Maintains Payroll Information by Collecting, Calculation and Entering data. Updates Payroll records by Entering Changes in Exemptions, Insurance Coverage, Savings, Deductions and Job Title and Department / Division Transfers. Resolves Payroll Discrepancies by Collection Information.
 Helping to Prepare Payments by Verifying Documentation and Requesting Disbursements. Guides Accounting Clerical Staff by Coordinating Activities and Answering Questions. Contributes to team Effect by accomplishing related results as needed. Prepare Forms and Manuals for Accounting and Book Keeping Personnel, and Directs their work Activities.
 Maintain Electronic and Hard Copy Filing system, Open, Sort and Distributes Incoming Correspondence. Maintain Office Supplies for Department. Prepare and Modify Documents Including Correspondence, Reports, Draft, and Memos & Emails. Provide General Administrative and Clerical Support Including Mailing, Scanning, Faxing and Copying to Management.
 Attend to a Variety of Office Administrative Details such as Ordering Supplies, arranging for Equipment Repair, Transmitting Information, and Keeping Reference Materials up to date, Organize and Maintain office and Specialized Files in Accordance with the City’s records Management Program. Prepare statically reports, Manage Spread Sheets and Coordinates Office Management Activities.
 Work from Rough Sketches and Specifications Created by Engineers at Site. Calculate Dimensions and Allowances with Accurate. Complete date and Specification sheets. Helping to Senior Draftsman
 Monitoring the daily progress of projects and updates ongoing reporting to senior / project managers
 Prepare site activities daily report for client, consultant & maintains the progress tracking log &
Issues relevant quality records/documents to the concerned parties
 Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
 Ensures that project documentation, such as approved drawings, submittals, incoming and outgoing registers, is maintained. Performs all other related assigned duties
 Follow ups for Material submittals from Suppliers / Subcontractors, preparing for official submission, Compliance Consultant’s comments and follow ups until final approval.
 Responsible for project handing over process and project completion documentation.
